Can you play Conan Exiles Enhanced on Mac?
Probably yes. The single-player game should run on a Mac; online play is not expected to work, because of BattlEye.

Why Conan Exiles Enhanced is rated “Should work”
Valve rates Conan Exiles Enhanced “Playable” on Steam Deck, which usually means it runs, but may need some tweaks. That is the main reason it is rated “Should work” here.
It uses DirectX 11, which Sommelier translates to Metal with its own graphics layer. That works on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
Online play uses BattlEye, and on a Mac it does not let you in. Play offline and you are fine.
