Do I need Windows to play EVE Online on Mac?
No. Sommelier installs the Mac version of the game, so Windows is not involved at all.
Does online play work in EVE Online on Mac?
No anti-cheat that blocks Macs is listed for EVE Online, so nothing of that kind is known to stand in the way. Whether a given online feature works also depends on the game’s own servers.
